ordering online
Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit card or credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact us directly & we can process your order over email or by telephone. Please allow up to 3 working days for RiKKE LiNE to  to dispatch any orders. 

delivery information
POSTAGE & PACKAGING all online purchases are subject to a postage & packaging charge the price of which depends on the purchase value & the shipping address. Please refer to our Shipping Options page for delivery charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY  is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and RiKKE LiNE cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME varies depending on the collection. We endeavour to deliver within 3-10 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for Europe.

bespoke orders
We offer a bespoke service allowing our customers to have entirely unique items designed especially for them by RiKKE LiNE. This service is limited to original designs that capture the ethos of the brand only. An email or telephone conversation can be arranged, or a one hour consultation can be attended in person with RiKKE LiNE. Turn around times for bespoke orders are 3-4 weeks. Quotes on bespoke orders are valid for 30 days and we reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals. A 50% deposit on agreement to commence the work together, at this point you will be committed to purchase. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Goods remain the property of Rikkeline until paid for in full.

cancellation policy
A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.

sales and returns
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your RiKKE LiNE jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. If you do wish to return an item, please contact us for further details. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

• Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
• Customised pieces

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

repairs + reconditioning
Imperfections are part of the essence of precious, natural materials that RiKKE LiNE works with however, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.

We assess repairs on a case-by-case basis, if it is felt that the damage is caused by a fault of the jewellery then we will make repairs free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Any other repairs are at £10 a repair. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.

one of a kind
Each product is handmade and therefore unique and small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock. Stone & metal colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request we would be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our ‘Sales and Returns’ policy for purchases exempt of exchange or refund.

gold filled vermeil
RiKKE LiNE works with a base metal of sterling silver, which is much better for those who have skin allergies to other base metals. The silver is then carefully gold-plated, it's often  as much as 50% thicker than a traditional gold-plated piece. While less expensive than solid gold jewelry, using this technique is still more expensive than either gold-plated or gold-filled, since there's a combined cost of both gold & sterling silver in the product.
